If you want to sample one of the best 'gâteaux battus' (traditional local brioche) in the Somme, then come along to the Boulangerie de Francis (Fréville). He uses his grandfather's recipe - it's a family affair. And Francis' little secret? Using only natural ingredients. Traditionally eaten with 'argousier' (sea buckthorn) jam.
