Festival of the Sea in Saint-Valery-sur-Somme

On August 14th and 15th 2010, come to Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, in the middle of the Bay of Somme to celebrate the sea !
Program : procession, blessing of sea, sea songs

The city of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme, with its rich past of harbour, will celebrate the sea the 14th and 15th of August 2010.

Saint-Valery will pay tribute to the missing seamen in "Le Courtgain", the fishermen's district. At this occasion, the houses' front are decorated with nets and multicoloured flowers.
