‘The air club offers pilot training and practice for aeroplanes, gliders, ultralight fixed wing aircraft and acrobatics. First flights and discovery flights year round. Guided overflights of the Somme region and battlefields (awarded the “Battlefields’ Partner” label) are available. Groups, associations and disabled persons welcome. Specific activities for groups of young persons. Accommodation and restaurants nearby. Stopover pilots welcomed. This is THE reference for aerial activities that are also accessible to disabled persons, notably during the annual Handivol and 20,000 Leagues in the Sky event. In addition to this important event, flights are possible year round because the airfield possesses access equipment for disabled persons.’
