‘In the heart of the Somme ponds, the Amiens Cable Park will enable you to discover new thrills on the water. A derivative of water skiing, here you are pulled by a cable system installed above the water, a little like a mountain drag lift. The electrical system ensures peace and quiet and the speed of around 30 kph makes the sport accessible to a large number of participants. A wide variety of activities are available on site. For example, children can start on a kneeboard, a board that you ride on your knees and which does not require a lot of balance, whereas more advanced participants will want to try out a wakeboard, which is like a snowboard, or even a pair of water skis to try to perform figures thanks to the various jumps and modules installed on the pond.
