Detached gîte (200 sq.m.) with fenced garden (600 sq.m.) in village on the Circuit du Souvenir (WW1 Remembrance trail). Ground floor: large fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, no. 4 filter coffee machine ) opening onto dining room, utility room (washing machine, tumble drier). Lounge (fireplace) opening onto glassed-in veranda (21 sq.m.). Entrance hall (lounge furniture, inset fireplace). Bedroom (king-size bed OR 2 single beds) with shower room (walk-in shower) & WC. Small bedroom (7 sq.m., double bed), en-suite shower & washbasin, separate WC. 1st floor: 2 attic bedrooms (queen-size bed in each) with shower room & WC. No extra charge for heating (electric, inset fireplace, wood pellet stove). Beds made on arrival. Small dog allowed under certain conditions (surcharge: 5€/day). Gîte has disabled access (but no official label). Owners have right of way through gîte garden to reach their own vegetable garden.
