Don't miss a tour of Amiens cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage site and stopping place on the Santiago de Compostella pilgrim way. Nearby is the 'little Venice of the north', i.e. the Saint Leu district with its craft shops, cafés, restaurants and boutiques. You can also visit the Chés Cabotans puppet theatre in Amiens, with its traditional Picardy hero, LAFLEUR. Tour the Hortillonnages (floating marsh gardens) in an electric boat or traditional boat 'à cornet', stroll around Saint Pierre park.
