Longe-Côte Marche Aquatique - FFRandonnée

The aquatic walking lanyard is an activity supervised by a qualified instructor (FFRandonnée), which consists of moving in the water at a good level of immersion (located between the pool and the armpits) forming a line or lanyard, hence the other name of the discipline (lanyard coast).
This relaxing practice has beneficial effects on blood circulation and muscle tone, some exercises will be proposed in the water by the instructor to test your balance and to re-dynamize the muscles of the lower and upper body in a quasi-relief of the body weight thanks to the lift of the water and the wetsuit.
This gentle activity will allow you to rediscover the joys and benefits of sea bathing, as well as an outdoor physical activity suitable for everyone.
Equipment to bring: a pair of closed shoes or beach shoes. Loan of wetsuit included (size from S to XL).
