Longe-Côte Marche Aquatique - FFRandonnée

Marche Aquatique Côtière (coastal water walking) is supervised by a qualified monitor (FFRandonnée). It involves wading through water at a certain depth (between pelvis and armpits) while forming a line or 'longe' (from which its other name derives ('longe côte').
This relaxing activity has beneficial effects on circulation and muscle tone; the monitor will lead you in a few exercises in the water to test your balance and reinvigorate muscles in both upper and lower body which are virtually weightless thanks to the water and your wet suit.
This gentle activity lets you rediscover the pleasures and benefits of sea bathing and outdoor physical exercise suitable for all.
Equipment required: sailing or beach shoes. Loan of wetsuit included (size S to XL).
