THE SOMME, A GOLD MEDAL FOR SPORT
If you don't live in a cave, you know that in 2024 France is hosting the Olympic and Paralympic Games. What you may not know, however, is that the Somme and sport are a great love story. So let us be your guide!
While the French capital will welcome the athletes this summer, the department of the Somme will have the honor of receiving the Olympic flame on July 4th. We'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the 7 magnificent towns that will be passing through on this occasion.
But sport in the Somme is a year-round activity! Our department is a veritable "land of sport", with a multitude of activities just waiting to be tried out.
3... 2... 1... On your marks, get set, GO!
