"JULES VERNE EXPRESS" LITTLE TOURIST TRAIN
Welcome aboard the Jules Verne Express!
Take your seats for a 10 km trip, lasting 80 minutes, finding out about the history and heritage of Amiens.
Leaving from the cathedral square, the tourist train route takes you to the Zoo, Picardy museum, Jules Verne's house, the 'Hortillonnages' (marsh gardens) as well as some lesser known places such as the Saint-Germain, Saint-Jacques and Saint-Roch districts.
Commentary and anecdotes add depth and detail to your tour.
Route taken depends on events and time of year (summer/winter routes)
Tourist train operates throughout the year (mid-February to early January) and runs every day from late March to mid September.
