The Pure and Sure Charter

A “Pure and Sure” charter helps you to distinguish our partners in tourism who have committed to respecting the sanitary guidelines. Look out for the logo to identify them !

What does the charter stand for?

Those who sign up to the charter are committed to:

  • respecting and implementing all legal obligations and official recommendations relative to their activities with regards to health safety in the fight against Covid-19.
  • applying the sanitary guidelines which the different federations, sectors and professional unions and guilds have drawn up to protect their clients and employees.
  • nominating a person in charge of sanitary measures and follow-up on site
  • actively providing visitors with information on safe activities as well as the professionals who have signed up to “Pure & Sure”.
  • simplifying reservations and formalities.

How does it work?

To optimise organisation and respect health precautions, we advise you to reserve your tickets online, by e-mail or phone wherever possible.

  • Reserving online limits physical contact and helps our partners to better welcome visitors
  • Follow the safety guidelines and organise your visit according to the recommendations
  • Respect social distancing and take all appropriate health precautions (wash your hands often  or use an alcohol-based hand rub, cough or sneeze into your elbow, use disposable tissues and put them straight in the bin afterwards, respect social distancing)
  • Always take a mask when you go out.
