Gîte (130 sq.m.), adjoining owners' house, in old Picardy farmhouse. 3km from the Baie de Somme, Le Crotoy, Marquenterre Bird Sanctuary, St Quentin-en-Tourmont, town of Rue (shops/services). Ground floor: fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer), living/sitting room (open-hearth fireplace), 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed) (2 single beds), WC, bathroom. 1st floor: attic bedroom (2 single beds), attic leisure room (reading, games, etc.). Gas central heating (extra charge). Private fenced garden (200 sq.m.) at the back, beside small river. Large shared courtyard at front. Table tennis. Bike shelter. 5 bikes available (different sizes). Trampoline, swing. Only 1 pet allowed.
