Three good reasons for going to see this Anglo-Chinese garden, classed as a 'Jardin Remarquable' for its diversity, botanical treasures, many statuettes, ornamental pools and meticulous upkeep. The garden is steeped in history, having been in existence throughout different periods while preserving and improving its landscaped features: 70 trees of 40 different varieties (Caucasian wingnut, giant Sequoia, Magnolia x soulangeana, Ginkgo biloba, etc.) There are flowers in every season, with every type of flowering plant: annual, biennial, bulbs - over 12,000 new plants every year plus 1,000 sq.m. of mixed borders (shrubs, perennials, grasses, roses, etc.).
