The chef works with regional and local producers to create homemade local cuisine based on seasonal produce. The establishment is located on the Baie de Somme between Noyelles-sur-Mer and Le Crotoy, in the heart of the Marquenterre region. The house is a former coaching inn with a modern, contemporary kitchen. Chef Nicolas, his wife Adeline and their team welcome you to share their passion for gastronomy.
