The Defacque family has been breeding Blonde d'Aquitaine cows for almost 30 years now. Just recently they have built facilities to be able to offer you small boxes of beef, including cuts for braising, boiling and roasting, all by order. At the sales point you can also buy wonderful and unusual jams (rhubarb melon, pears with lemon, etc.) made by Marie-Paule. Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 7pm for jam and for meat: Thursday and Friday 3pm to 7pm, Saturday 9am to 6pm.
