Located upstream from the prehistoric park of the same name, the Les Alentours de Samara sensitive natural site invites you to discover a remarkable landscape with multiple natural qualities.

Lairds, ponds, marshes and hillsides are all great places to recharge your batteries, get away from it all and observe the species that live there. Take the time to re(discover) the Grande Douve, a protected plant with large yellow flowers that thrives around waterholes. Nantaise cows, which help to maintain the environment, will also be part of your on-site encounters.

The site is accessible from the Parc de Samara parking lot, and offers numerous walking trails. Nature outings are regularly organized by the Conservatoire d?Espaces Naturels des Hauts-de-France.
