Les Pilotes hotel-restaurant, totally redesigned, now has 25 unique rooms. The hosts have gambled on reviving a sense of the good life.
First there's the welcoming restaurant, its cuisine inspired by local, seasonal produce. Then the bar, cosy and striking; a cabinet of curios and unusual collector's items. Finally the rooms, combining modern comforts with a retro look and feel.
